Physical Development: Body
Body Growth: The body growth rate starts to slow a little during early childhood, becomes slow and steady during middle childhood, and accelerates rapidly during adolescence. The reproductive system grows slowly until adolescence when it accelerates rapidly.(Woolfolk & Perry, 2012).
